Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. However, please allow for additional processing time during peak seasons or sales.

 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Shipping Methods: We currently offer standard shipping options through DPD, EVRI and Royal Mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please get in touch with the shipping carrier to file a claim.
