From delivery frustration to positive outcome

Edited review: I originally left a rather frustrated review here as communication I was sending to NiM about a failed delivery (not their fault) was not being responded to for over a couple of weeks. I can now see this was due to a technical issue at NiM´s end. In resolving this, direct communication from Carly has been absolutely spot on as I might have expected originally. I´ve always been very happy with their products and am now equally so with the response. Problems happen, it´s the solution that counts. And this one does. Will continue to buy as previously and continue to recommend as ever.

Unfortunately, there was a technical issue where messages sent via Shopify were not coming through to us, which meant we didn’t see your earlier contact until your Etsy message came through. As soon as we became aware, we responded immediately and put things right.

This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I completely understand why you were disappointed. Thank you for bringing it to our attention, the issue has now been resolved to prevent this happening again and a new parcel is on its way to you.
